You’ll find within one bar many different environments such as the cosy tea salon and a bright function room with large windows overlooking the historical centre. We often have live music and it is also possible to organise birthday parties, buffets or meetings in our function room by arrangement.

The Bar

The bar has a wide selection of cocktails from the usual well known classics to our personal creations which have been featured in many international competitions in Paris, Cyprus and Havana. A must try is The Biker which was created in the Havana club, the famous Florida hangout of Hemmingway.

We also sell delicious home made ice creams.

There is also a wide selection of single malts and rums from around the world.

Cafeteria

We offer high quality hot chocolate, made from an old family recipe which uses Lindt cacao and is bursting with flavour. Our hot chocolate is available in many flavours such as coconut, cinnamon and mint. Also well worth trying is il Borgo’s own hot chocolate made with local nuts from the Cimini mountains nearby and garnished with whipped cream and chopped nuts.

There is a wide range of teas both classic and aromatic which are ideal with our small home made pastries or cakes, all made on the premises.

Our special herbal tea infusions are supplied courtesy of our trusted herbal supplier, Erboristeria Shao Yan in Viterbo. All of these infusions have particular properties and their own unique flavour.

Our crepes are made from simple fresh ingredients such as eggs, milk and flour and are not only flavoured with vanilla but can be garnished with many different toppings such as the world famous Nutella. Other delicious sweet toppings include apples and nut sauce as well as praline and coconut. For those who want to try something really different there is always our Mexican Crepe made with cinnamon and chilli.
